Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Simba Dental is committed to making our website and dental services accessible to people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to find information about our practice, contact our team, and request an appointment.

Need help using our website?

If you have difficulty reading a page, using a form, viewing content, or finding information, please contact our office. You can request help with website information, appointment scheduling, or communication needs.

When reporting a website problem, please tell us which page or feature you were using, what went wrong, and how you would prefer us to contact you. You may also tell us about your browser or assistive technology if that would help explain the issue.

Please do not include medical records, insurance details, or other sensitive health information in an accessibility email. Contact our office for guidance on sharing private information.

Our accessibility goal

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help make websites easier to use with a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, and other assistive tools.

Accessibility work is ongoing. A comprehensive evaluation of every page and feature has not been completed, so we do not claim that the entire website meets this standard. We welcome reports of barriers so they can be reviewed and addressed.

Forms, documents, and other content

If a form, document, video, or linked service is difficult to use, please call or email us to request help or the information in another format. You do not need to complete an online form to contact our office or request an appointment.

Communication and accommodation requests

Please let our team know if you need an accessible format, a communication aid, or another accommodation for your visit. Tell us what works best for you so we can discuss your needs and coordinate assistance.
