In this role, you will be responsible for presenting individualized Treatment plans to patients and ensuring that all their questions and concerns are taken care of. You will also track Unscheduled Treatment daily & follow-up with patients who did not schedule treatment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Present and go over Treatment plans with patients and facilitate Case Acceptance.
- Provide Treatment Estimates.
- Ensure the Unscheduled Treatment Report is up to date daily.
- Check out patients.
- Call patients and follow up on their Unscheduled Treatment.
- Make sure patients understand their out-of-pocket estimate.
- Notify patients in advance of their appointment, of their out-of-pocket expense.
- Ensure that doctors’ schedules are filled.
- Track unscheduled treatment on spreadsheet & follow up with patients.
- Track daily acceptance & unscheduled treatment in spreadsheet.
- Assist in answering phones, when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Business Office Manager.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Friendly, upbeat personality with a smiling face.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills, and ability to multitask.
- Professional, both as a person, and dress code.
Education/Experience:
- At least High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Three years of experience working in a dental office, preferably in a treatment planning or sales related role, required.
