Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer and make phone calls to patients and address their issues regarding Simba Dental.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, engage in active listening, explain possible solutions, and ensure that patients feel supported and valued.
  • Must be detailed and document all important details of conversation in notes.
  • Call patients to confirm their appointments usually 3 days out.
  • Able to utilize all communication platforms available such as text, call, email, etc. until patients are reached.
  • Call patients that are due for recall hygiene cleanings, make notes for tracking and follow-up.
  • Check messages before breaks, and or leaving the office, and call back all patients.
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by Call Center Lead

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be personable, people’s person, outgoing, friendly, with positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, able to actively listen while multitasking.
  • Must be excellent on the computers.
  • Comfortable using different technological-based programs and tools.
